Swedish massage uses much firmer, deeper movements and focuses on specific muscles to relieve tension. Regular treatments are ideal for reducing physical and mental stress and the circulation boost can help diminish the appearance of cellulite.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head massage has been practiced for thousands of years and was introduced to the Western world in 1970s by Dr Narendra Mehta. It is a seated massage that works tension in the back, shoulders, scalp and pressure points of the face. This treatment can be performed over clothes and is carried out in a specially-designed ergonomic chair. The pressure can be altered to suit your needs.
